"Mayura Dance School"

School of Oriental and Indian dance Mayura Dance (Mayura Dance) was founded in 2010 by Laura and Julia Rucker.Chip school in a unique and harmonious study of two areas of oriental dance - Indian dance and belly dance (Bellydance).

1. Class for adults without age limitOriental dance - a quick and easy way to lose weight and improve muscle definition, achieve natural forms of the female body. You will feel better after the first workout. During training in the group, accompanied by a trainer with pleasant exotic music and you are liberated and become more confident. Also - it's a great way to relieve stress. The best thing you can do for yourself - it's relaxing and spiritually and physically. With regular training you will improve the coordination of movement, strengthening all muscle groups, including the muscles of the neck, back, arms, legs, abs and thighs. 2. Individual class.Class, which takes place in mode one on one with a trainer. For those who prefer a personal approach exclusively, and step by step specific instructions from their coach. This class will suit those who want to restore or increase the level of dance training.

6. Groups.

Group for beginners. Group for beginners is suitable for those who wish to begin the study of oriental dance from scratch.In the training program includes:

* workout - a set of exercises designed to warm up the body and prepare it for more complex movements.

* Dance - a group of basic movements and dance ligaments, turning into a dance. Performed to music. Rhythm and dynamics of movement change.

* Stretching / Stretching. A set of exercises designed to develop flexibility and plasticity of the body. Deep troughs, bridges and splits it all becomes real to you.

* Dance. Choreography.

* Power loading. The complex of active exercises designed to develop all muscle groups: the press, arms, legs, hips, back, using a traditional fitness - or Oriental props props.

* Breathing exercises. Ensure the restoration of regular breathing and relax after a workout.

Group to continue .Group for those who already have a basic knowledge of oriental dance choreography.
