Was founded on September 12, 2015, the head of Izotova Anna, has been engaged in Indian dances since 1991. Anna was trained in the group "Lakshmi" (Krivoy Rog), under the direction of Kurnilovich Marina (stylization of bharatnatyam, folk Indian dances, "bollywood"), in 2016. A practical seminar was held on the theme: "Stylization of Bharatnatyam", "Pag padam" by Sergei Zhuravlyov, is the trainer of the "World Union of Culture and Arts". The team "Mayuri" successfully participates in city events and festivals, our girls became laureates and the project "Show the talent to the world" (Nikolaev) in 2016, as well as in the festival "Kyivdance", successfully participated in the inter-Ukrainian talent contest " Boat Station "and took 2nd place. "Maury" participated in the summer of 2017g. in a charitable project in support of cancer patients. Our participants (Sokolova Lyudmila and Malchuk Adelaide) in 2017g. took first place in the inter-Ukrainian festival of Oriental dances, in the category "Indian dance in the style of" Bollywood ", which was conducted by the international organization of Oriental dance" IUDA "in Krivoy Rog. Malchuk Adelaide also won the first place in the category "Indian dance in the style of Bollywood" for participating in the festival of oriental dance "ECHTA" in 2017. On the basis of our studio there are regularly held thematic open lessons and master classes, with the purpose of extensive acquaintance of the inhabitants of our city with the Indian Culture and dances. At the moment, the staff of the "Mayuri" is the only one in Krivoy Rog who studies the Indian classical style "Bharatnatyam". At the beginning of this year, we successfully started to cooperate with Victoria Burenkova (head of the theater dance studio of Nakshatra, Kiev), she helps us to master the classical style of Bharatnatyam professionally, and also promotes the dissemination of information about our team.
